1 credit = 1 certificate. It includes both the email send and the PDF download for that certificate. You can use only the download if you prefer to distribute manually, but the credit covers everything. QR code verification is always unlimited and free.
The Free plan gives you 5 PDF downloads per month — perfect for testing CertiPass or for small batches you distribute manually (WhatsApp, print, USB). The limit resets every month. Email sending is not included in the Free plan.
